superb stay at a beach hotel

afternoon cocktails at the bar was an absolute treat. Thanasis and his team, dimitris and mateo, was friendly. they was attentive. i did enjoy the pool days. the hotel staff was lovely and accommodating when i needed a taxi.
the noise was real. it was impossible to relax. the young people at the pools partied very LOUD.

inconsistent minibarunhelpful staff
i wasn't entirely happy with my stay. the minibar wasn't always restocked consistently. sometimes i received extra snacks, other times nothing at all. also, the staff didn't seem too eager to help. some just walked past without a greeting. it reminded me of they didn't care much if i had a good experience or not.

faulty systemchaotic situation
the fire alarm decided to have a party twice. once early evening, then again at 10:30 pm. apparently, it was just a system fault. it wasn't ideal when we were relaxing and the whole building had to evacuate, and no staff came to help until we all went back to our rooms. it was a bit of a chaotic situation.

The rooms were super clean, fresh and clearly cared for. the staff were professional and genuinely cute. Thanasis were great too make sure i felt at home. the atmosphere they create is warm, a special experience.
the air conditioning did not go below 22 degrees. i asked for it to be looked at, it did not happen. for a 5 hotel, the towels were thin.

The resort has multiple pools from the largest, central pool to many pools with private access. There is a lot to choose from. comfortable sunbeds are available in one or another part of the resort. the pool level offers a wide sea view.
